Description
The ULN2003 is a 16-pin high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array IC containing seven NPN Darlington transistor pairs with built-in flyback (clamp) diodes. It is designed to interface low-current digital logic circuits such as microcontrollers, TTL, and CMOS devices with high-current loads like relays, stepper motors, solenoids, lamps, and LEDs.
