1. Order Processing Time

All standard prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be considered for next-day dispatch.
  • Tracking Details: You will receive your tracking details primarily via your WhatsApp number. If a WhatsApp number is not available, we will send it to your email address. Please note that tracking details are typically shared the day after your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Pan-India shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • 🚚 COD – 6 to 7 working days

Other States

  • 🚚 Prepaid – 3 to 5 working days
  • 🚚 COD – 6 to 8 working days

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹999.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, regional public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues with our courier partners.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments

To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure smooth delivery, all COD orders require phone verification.

  • Our support team will call you to confirm your COD order. We will only dispatch your order after receiving your verbal confirmation over the phone.
  • Failed COD Deliveries: If a delivery fails because you were unavailable or rejected the parcel at your doorstep, you will be required to pay the shipping charges in advance if you request a second dispatch.

4. Local & Rapid Transit Options

For customers in specific regions, we offer specialized fast-transit delivery methods:

  • Erode & Surrounding Areas: We offer direct Bus Parcel forwarding for rapid delivery.
  • Coimbatore, Chennai & Surrounding Areas: We support Rapido pickup and delivery.

To coordinate these specific local delivery methods, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order to arrange the logistics.

5. Damages and Missing Items in Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or crushed, please take photos before opening it. As per our Return & Refund Policy, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video to claim any missing components or transit damage. Please email this video to us within 48 hours of delivery.
