Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Majestronicz. We strive to provide the highest quality electronic components and robotics modules.
Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.
1. The Return Window & Conditions
We accept return requests only within 3 days from the date your order is successfully delivered. Once this timeframe has passed, no return or refund requests will be entertained.
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has a dead-on-arrival (DOA) manufacturing defect.
- The product received is entirely different from what was ordered.
- The product was physically damaged during transit.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To request a return for any damaged, defective, or missing items, you must provide a clear, uncut, and continuous unboxing video of the package being opened. This video is required for our technical verification. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process your return request.
3. Order Cancellations & Unopened Parcels
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be fully cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- After Dispatch (Prepaid Orders): If your prepaid order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel or return it, we will only accept the return if the parcel remains completely unopened and unpacked. If you open the parcel, this cancellation rule is void.
- Return Shipping & Deductions: For these unopened prepaid returns, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of shipping the parcel back to our store. Once we receive the unopened parcel, your refund will be processed, but the original delivery/courier charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
All COD orders are verified by phone before dispatch. Therefore, standard after-dispatch cancellations do not apply.
- Failed Deliveries: If a COD delivery fails because the customer did not answer the delivery agent's call, was unavailable, or accidentally rejected the package, the customer is considered at fault.
- Second Dispatch: If the customer requests the same COD order to be dispatched a second time, the customer must bear the delivery charges for the second dispatch. Majestronicz will not cover the courier costs for repeated delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it. If the return is approved:
- We will process your refund within 5 to 6 business days.
- Refund Method: For manual settlements or COD conversions, our support team will contact you directly via phone to collect your UPI ID or Bank Account details to process the refund securely. For standard prepaid orders, refunds may also be routed to the original payment method.
Please note that as stated above, original delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final amount.
