Description
The Speed Count Sensor Module is an infrared (IR) speed detection sensor designed to measure the rotational speed (RPM) and count pulses generated by rotating objects. Based on an IR transmitter and receiver pair with an onboard LM393 comparator, the module detects interruptions caused by encoder discs, slotted wheels, or rotating objects and outputs clean digital pulses to a microcontroller.
