The SP1848-150 is a thermoelectric generator (TEG) module, also often referred to as a Peltier-based energy harvesting module. It works on the Seebeck effect, where heat difference between two sides generates electrical power. Unlike typical Peltier coolers (TEC1-12706), this module is mainly designed for power generation from heat, not strong cooling.
