Description
This PIC microcontroller development board is designed for compatible PIC 16F and 18F series microcontrollers. The PCB includes a large DIP IC socket marked “PIC 16F & 18F,” a separate smaller IC socket, a DB9 serial port, reset push button, 4MHz crystal, voltage regulator section, DC power jack and multiple labelled I/O pin headers.
The board provides access to ports marked RA, RB, RC, RD and RE, making it suitable for PIC microcontroller programming practice, circuit development, embedded-system experiments and electronics laboratory use. Microcontroller ICs are not shown installed in the image.
