LM 7474

The LM7474 is a Dual D-Type Positive Edge-Triggered Flip-Flop IC featuring preset and clear inputs for each flip-flop. It stores one bit of digital information and transfers the data present at the D (Data) input to the Q output on the positive-going edge of the clock signal. The asynchronous Preset (PRE) and Clear (CLR) inputs allow independent setting or resetting of the outputs regardless of the clock state
