The LM2596 2A Buck Step-Down Power Converter Module is a high-efficiency DC-DC voltage regulator designed to safely convert higher DC voltages into a stable, adjustable lower voltage. With a wide input range of 4–40V DC and adjustable output from 1.3–37V DC, this module is ideal for DIY electronics, embedded systems, battery charging, LED projects, and power supply applications.
This module features a built-in LED voltmeter that allows you to monitor input or output voltage in real time without needing an external multimeter. The multi-turn precision potentiometer makes voltage adjustment smooth, accurate, and reliable.
Equipped with reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown, the LM2596 module ensures safe and stable operation even in demanding environments.
⚠️ Note: Maximum output current depends on input/output voltage, ambient temperature, and cooling. For high current applications, an external heatsink is recommended. Do not exceed 125°C to avoid permanent damage.
