The Flexible Sensor (also called Flex Sensor) is a variable resistance sensor that changes its resistance when it is bent or flexed. It is commonly used to detect movement, bending angle, and finger/hand motion in robotics and wearable electronics.
When the sensor is straight, it has low resistance, and when it is bent, the resistance increases proportionally. This change can be measured using a microcontroller like Arduino, ESP8266, or ESP32 to track motion or position.
