The ATtiny85-20PU is a compact 8-bit AVR microcontroller designed for small embedded systems, DIY electronics, automation projects, sensor interfacing and low-power applications where space and component count are important.

It is based on the AVR RISC architecture and provides programmable Flash memory, SRAM, EEPROM, digital I/O, timers, ADC functions and serial communication features in a compact 8-pin DIP package.
