The 7S 29.4V Lithium Battery Equalizer Board is designed for balancing the voltage of seven lithium-ion battery cells or cell groups connected in series. It is suitable for 7S 18650 lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs with a nominal pack voltage of approximately 25.9V and a maximum fully charged voltage of 29.4V.
During battery charging, small voltage differences can develop between individual cells. This equalizer board helps maintain more consistent voltage across the seven series-connected cell groups, supporting better battery-pack performance and reducing cell imbalance.
It can be used in DIY rechargeable battery packs, electric bicycles, robotics projects, portable power systems, power tools, backup battery systems and other equipment operating with a 7S lithium battery configuration.
This is primarily a cell-balancing or equalizer board. A compatible BMS protection board may still be required for overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short-circuit protection.
Important: Connect the balance wires in the correct sequence, starting from the battery pack negative terminal. Incorrect wiring may damage the board or battery cells. Use cells of the same chemistry, capacity, voltage and condition.
