This 3S 2A Type-C 12.6V lithium battery charging module is designed for charging 3-series 18650 Li-ion battery packs. It is suitable for 11.1V nominal / 12.6V full-charge lithium battery packs used in DIY electronics, rechargeable battery packs, robotics, LED lights, portable devices, tools, and project power supplies.
The module comes with a USB Type-C input, making it easy to connect with a suitable Type-C power source. It provides charging support for 3S lithium battery packs and is useful for DIY battery pack making and battery-powered electronics projects.
A 3S battery pack contains 3 lithium cells connected in series, normally using 18650 Li-ion cells. This board is mainly used for charging, so battery protection/BMS requirements should be checked separately depending on your battery pack design.
