The 10K Sliding Adjustable Potentiometer Module – Dual Output is a linear position and analog control module designed for projects that require smooth manual adjustment of voltage, signal level, or control parameters.
It uses a 10K Ohm sliding potentiometer that changes resistance as the slider is moved along its track. The module can produce an analog voltage that varies according to the slider position, making it useful as a simple input device for Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi ADC circuits, microcontrollers, robotics, audio projects, LED controls, motor-speed adjustment interfaces, and DIY electronic systems.
The dual-output design provides two output channels from the slider assembly, allowing compatible circuits or controllers to read or use the position signal in more than one way depending on the board configuration. This makes the module useful for educational experiments, control-panel prototypes, user-interface projects, analog testing, and sensor-based applications.
The sliding mechanism provides a more intuitive control method than a rotary potentiometer. Moving the slider from one end to the other changes the output gradually, making it suitable for applications such as brightness control, volume adjustment, speed reference, servo position input, menu control, analog value setting, and parameter tuning.
The module is easy to integrate into development-board projects. It can typically be powered from a suitable low-voltage DC supply, while its analog output is connected to an ADC-capable input pin on the controller.
For microcontroller projects, the actual output voltage will depend on the supply voltage applied to the potentiometer. Always ensure that the output voltage remains within the permitted analog-input range of the connected controller, especially when using 3.3V devices such as many ESP32 boards.
