Our Story: The 10-Year Journey

While Majestronicz was officially founded in 2023, our true origin story began more than a decade earlier. It started with a teacher and his student.

Jagannatha Kumar was a dedicated tuition master teaching Physics and Chemistry. His student, Dinesh Kumar, shared his deep passion for how things worked. Together, over the course of 10 years, they traveled to remote government schools and rural, hill-based villages to teach electronics to children who had never even seen a circuit board.

They spent years doing hands-on projects, sparking a love for science and robotics in underprivileged students. But during this journey, they hit a massive roadblock: electronic components were far too expensive.

The "Lightbulb" Moment

Jagannatha, Dinesh, and their core team realized a hard truth: India cannot become a global hub of innovation if the basic building blocks of technology are unaffordable for the average student or hobbyist.

They sat down, discussed the problem, and decided to transition from just teaching electronics to actually solving the hardware supply chain. Majestronicz was born out of a mission to provide high-quality, reliable, and incredibly affordable electronic components to everyone—from the rural school student building their first project to the commercial manufacturer needing bulk supplies.

Our Secret to Growth: We Have No Employees

Today, Majestronicz is growing rapidly. We have expanded from our headquarters in Erode to physical branches in Coimbatore and the heart of Chennai’s electronics hub at Ritchie Street. But this growth is not the result of just two founders.

Majestronicz is run by a dedicated team, and our philosophy is simple: we do not have employees; we only have owners. Every single person working at Majestronicz treats the business as their own. This deep-rooted culture of teamwork, shared responsibility, and mutual respect is the engine behind our success. We are growing big, and we will grow even bigger, purely because of the unified team standing behind the Majestronicz name.
